It is the newest park in our neighborhood and consists of 7 acres. Previously called Cannery Park, City Council approved the name change in 2004 to dedicate this park to long-time City volunteer and park advocate, Wendy Kroger, who also helped acquire the grant for this park. Wendy Kroger Park includes a playground, tennis wall, basketball court, picnic facilities, paved paths, and a BMX (dirt bike) trail.
